Photo Share: First meeting will be held on Monday, October 1st from 3-4pm. The project is in its beginning stages, but the general goal is two fold: 1. empower underprivileged youth by providing them with an opportunity to take photographs of the world they live in 2. Connect with a group of people that we normally may not know. We will give cameras to kids living in homeless shelters and invite them to take pictures of their world for one day. Then, we will teach them how to edit those photos and share them on a website/blog. We will need to find a way to get at least 10 cameras. We will also need to plan out which group we will share this project with. There's a lot of room for ideas at this stage, so if this sparks your interest come help us develop our plan.
